Psychotherapy
In my therapeutic practice, I primarily work within the cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT), which focuses on identifying and modifying maladaptive beliefs and thinking patterns. CBT primarily targets cognitive processes and the functioning of the prefrontal cortex—the area of the brain responsible for planning, assessing situations, and regulating behavior. I supplement this model with third-wave approaches, such as schema therapy and mindfulness, which more deeply integrate the emotional dimension and work with inner experience.

These approaches help develop acceptance, self-compassion, and psychological flexibility—the ability to adaptively respond to difficult emotions and situations. By combining both perspectives, it is possible to conduct therapy that not only supports a change in thinking but also strengthens emotional regulation and a deeper understanding of oneself.

Professional Interests
I passionately read, explore, and observe the world around me. I want to understand it, its mechanisms, and patterns. I am currently exploring topics related to our consciousness and theories about whether what we see and experience is real or merely a simulation. I am particularly interested in the implications of these innovative ways of thinking. By being able to detach ourselves from our 3D world, we are able to transcend our emotions, ego, thoughts, etc. We gain access to new knowledge and experiences of life. I am currently in the process of incorporating newly developed techniques into the sessions I conduct.

Furthermore, I am interested in the universal laws we can learn by observing and connecting with nature. These natural laws, cycles, and rhythms, if we introduce them into our lives, will not only make life easier but also bring a new quality.

And among the interests that are always close to my heart, but I haven’t had time for lately, are:

a) Mountains

b) Rock climbing

c) Books
